As a Latina myself, I have gone through a lot of experiences that shaped me into who I am today. I went from completely disliking math and sciences to achieving a perfect score on a Calculus national exam and aspiring to major in Biomedical engineering. Therefore, I want to inspire other latinas that feel they don’t belong within the STEM fields to reach their best potential.
